Looking for a job where you can work outdoors, run your own route, and build real skills?
No prior lawn care experience is required — we provide paid training and help you get licensed.
If you have a strong work ethic and a clean driving record, we can teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to lawns
- Treat trees and shrubs for insects and disease
- Operate ride-on spreaders and spray equipment
- Work independently on a daily route
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Learn safe pesticide handling and application
After training, you’ll manage your own service route.
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide:
- Paid hands-on training
- Help obtaining Michigan Pesticide Applicator License
- All equipment and PPE
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
Character and work ethic matter more than experience.
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$24 per hour (based on performance and licensing)
